Partnering with Talent Acquisition and other People teams, the full-time Senior People Tech Analyst will focus on improving technology solutions for the employee lifecycle, implementing automation, and enhancing data access while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify technology needs and design scalable AI-enabled solutions Build shared integrations and platform automations to support AI-powered solutions across the People organization Steward core People platforms, ensuring reliable and secure operations while evaluating emerging technologies for productivity improvements Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience Experience managing enterprise People platforms like Workday or Greenhouse, including API integrations Knowledge of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes and technology Experience with AI tools for automation and solution development Proven ability to lead technology initiatives from discovery to implementation
