Key responsibilities Promotes a positive labor and employee relations climate by managing and resolving workplace issues Conducts thorough workplace investigations and prepares detailed reports with recommended resolutions Advises business leadership on employment law and collective bargaining agreement interpretation Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as an employee and labor relations consultant 3+ years of experience working directly with union leadership Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Expert knowledge of employment law, labor relations best practices, and CBA interpretation Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
