Senior People Ops Partner: Strategy, Talent & Culture

Meta-Xiii is seeking an experienced Sr. People Operations Business Partner (POBP) to align people strategies with business goals.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, a trusted coach to managers, and a driver of scalable HR programs across performance, talent development, retention, and employee relations. You will embed with business units, oversee performance cycles, conduct employee relations investigations, leverage HR metrics, coach mid-to-senior leaders, and design scalable
