We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to support our People Services team. You will work on projects related to people systems, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance, collaborating with HRBPs, Legal, IT, and Internal Tools to improve employee experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable HR processes that grow with the company, maintaining quality and consistency.
2. Identify potential issues proactively and develop preventative solutions.
3. Optimize processes in our HR systems, including Workday, for a better user experience.
4. Lead compliance initiatives and reporting across global markets.
5. Partner with technical teams to leverage data for strategic decisions.
6. Manage cross-functional projects with clear documentation and measurable outcomes.
7. Create self-service solutions to empower employees and enhance their experience.
8. Maintain effective data reporting and analysis to inform HR strategies.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of People Operations/HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Workday modules.
• Experience with performance management systems.
• Advanced data analysis skills.

Additional Information

• Application deadline: Rolling basis.
• Salary range: $220,000 - $275,000 USD.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Location: Hybrid policy requiring 25% office presence.
• Visa sponsorship available.
