Senior People Operations & HRIS Leader (Compliance)

Robin Hood Foundation in New York, NY seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations, Systems & Compliance to lead HRIS/HCM transition, ensure data integrity, and manage talent processes and compliance.

Reporting to CPCO, this role combines systems expertise with policy administration, overseeing audits, background checks, timekeeping, and the employee handbook, while partnering with Finance and HR to scale the P&C function.
