This role plays a key part in executing people initiatives, managing employee relations matters, supporting policy administration, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and employee-centred HR operations.
The Senior People Business Generalist acts as a trusted day-to-day partner to managers and employees, helps drive process improvements, and contributes to a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
