Your expertise will give to the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers' success. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values collaboration, and is eager to dive deep into the technical aspects of semiconductor manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesInstallation and qualification of industry leading PVD/CVD equipment in our new cleanroomPVD/CVD equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentationCollaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting productionUse project management methodology to complete projects that close hardware gaps around equipment deficienciesEstablish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive benchmark equipment performanceDevelop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategiesMinimum Required Qualifications2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with PCVD equipmentBS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experienceHands-on experience with preventative and corrective maintenance in a semiconductor fabPreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Data Science and Programming skillsThis is an onsite role, located in beautiful Boise, Idaho.
