If you like precision, love being that dependable go-to person, and you take pride in doing things right, this one's for you.What you'll be doing:Process monthly payroll for US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timelinessCollaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll dataMaintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposesRespond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional mannerAssist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviewsMonitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local lawsAdhere to our team's KPIs and SLAsPitching in with process improvements – we love people who say "Hey, I think this could be done simpler."Education and Experience:5+ years of experience working with US & Canada payroll is requiredBi-weekly & Weekly payroll processing is an advantageExposure to a high transaction volume and multi-task work environmentExperience in working with global HRIS & Payroll vendor systems, Workday, CloudPay and ADP are an advantageStrong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written English communication skills requiredStrong analytical skills with an ability to detect inconsistencies in dataAbility to work with minimal supervisionMaintain confidential information when required by legal and ethical standards of professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records.We offer all employees access to a dedicated recognition platform, empowering you to celebrate achievements, share appreciation and stay connected globally.
