Salary: $80,000 - $83,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Specialist:
• Process and support bi-weekly payroll cycles for approximately 1,100 U.S. employees.
• Maintain payroll operations and ensure payroll continuity during system implementation activities.
• Execute and monitor SOX controls related to payroll processes.
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors workshops, UAT testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on payroll accounting and balance sheet-related matters.
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Specialist:
• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong expertise with ADP Vantage (ADP Workforce Now experience also considered).
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and payroll controls.
• Experience with payroll accounting and accounting team collaboration.
