Senior Payroll Process Manager

Driving the design and optimization of global payroll processes, the full-time Senior Payroll Process Manager will ensure compliance and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and operational performance. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis and standardization of global payroll workflows, ensuring alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements Implement process optimization and automation strategies to enhance payroll system efficiency and reduce manual efforts Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and roll out new payroll processes, providing necessary training and documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, operations management, or relevant field, or seven years of relevant work experience Minimum of five years of experience in global payroll process design, transformation, and change management Proficiency in evaluating and mapping payroll process flows, particularly with Workday and other HR technologies Strong knowledge of payroll tax processes and benefits integration, with familiarity in EMEA and/or APAC regions preferred Solid technical skills related to systems architecture and experience with quality management and process simulations
