What the Senior Payroll Manager Will Do

• The Senior Payroll Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end payroll across a complex, multi-state environment
• Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage, and certified payroll requirements
• Oversee payroll taxes, W-2s, filings, and reconciliations
• Drive payroll system and ERP conversion, integrating with accounting and job costing
• Partner with finance on labor costing, reporting, and process alignment
• The Senior Payroll Manager will build, mentor, and elevate the payroll team
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership on payroll strategy, compliance, and risk

What You Bring: Senior Payroll Manager

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with full-cycle ownership
• Deep expertise in multi-state, union payroll environments
