Serving as the primary HRIS partner for Payroll, the full-time Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst will design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada operations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Workday Payroll functionality to support complex payroll operations Analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable Workday solutions Lead testing activities for system enhancements and ensure production readiness of payroll configurations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Five or more years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration Experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations Workday Payroll Certification preferred
