Senior Payroll Business AnalystInsight Global is looking for a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to join a manufacturing company. This role will not require you to go into the office and will be remote.Day to day:Partner with the Payroll Tax Analyst to assess and strengthen U.S. payroll tax compliance across SAP ECP and ADP SmartCompliance, including issue resolution, corrective actions, and process documentation.Support critical Payroll projects and change requests (CRs), including analysis, testing, validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Lead and support Payroll projects and issue resolution, partnering with Corporate Tax, Finance, HRIS, Benefits and other stakeholders as needed.Identify business and/or system process gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain Payroll process documentation.Research payroll compliance requirements and evaluate "what-if" scenarios.Test payroll results related to wage-type configuration, system changes, patches, and CRs.Analyze payroll system and vendor data for reconciliation, research, validation, and year-end Payroll support.The pay rate for this role is to be determined by the hiring manager during the interview process based on years of experience, skill and alignment with the requirements.
Pay rate: projected to be between 50-53/hr.
