Senior Payroll & Equity Specialist (Fully Remote)

• You will run global payroll, variable compensation, equity, and benefits programs across multiple countries.
• You will bring order to a complex distributed environment by building calendars, controls, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end global payroll delivery for employees and contractors.
• Calculate and validate variable compensation and bonuses for executives and non-GTM employees.
• Design and administer equity and long-term incentive programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have 7+ years of progressive experience in global payroll, total rewards, benefits, or people operations.
• Experience managing direct-entity, EOR/PEO, and contractor populations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with equity platforms such as Carta.
