Key responsibilities Serve as the technical subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance Lead the design, configuration, and testing of payroll system functionality, including upgrades and integrations Analyze payroll data to identify trends and compliance risks, providing recommendations for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field Five years of progressive payroll experience with a focus on analytical and technical functions Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems in an analytical or systems-support capacity Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification Preferred: Previous healthcare and union payroll experience
