Overview of the Senior Payroll Analyst role:

• Performing weekly accumulation and review of employee timesheets for payroll
• Working with supervisors to ensure accuracy of timesheets and compliance with company policies
• Partnering with external vendors to complete payroll processing bi-weekly and respond to payroll inquiries and requests by employees and other internal and external users of payroll data
• Researching and troubleshooting payroll discrepancies, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
• Serves as a liaison between Finance and Human Resources regarding payroll, paid time off, and various other policies and procedures.
• Prepares and maintains account reconciliations as part of the monthly closing process. Ensures that federal and state payroll reports (monthly, quarterly and annually) are filed in a timely manner and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications of Senior Payroll Analyst:

• High volume payroll processing and reporting experience
• SAP HCM/SAP ECP, ADP or UKG
• Multistate, hourly payroll and union

Compensation range: $70,000-95,000
