This role ensures payroll integrity across all employee groups, including hourly, salaried, piece rate, and temporary employees. The position serves as a key point of contact for payroll operations, data accuracy, and compliance. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, HRIS providers, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution, resolve discrepancies, and continuously improve payroll processes and systems. The Senior Payroll Analyst is also responsible managing, compiling, and processing payroll data, supporting temporary workforce administration, and ensuring accurate reporting, auditing, billing, and compliance functions.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll processing for all employee groups, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory complianceCompile, validate, and process payroll data, including hourly, salaried, piece rate, temporary, bonus, commission, and off-cycle paymentsReview and reconcile timekeeping data; investigate and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll submissionMaintain, audit, and reconcile payroll records related to wages, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefitsAdminister payroll processes for temporary employees, including system uploads, agency reporting, and billing supportManage payroll-related compliance activities, including garnishments, tax filings, statutory reporting, and record retentionPrepare payroll documentation and reports to support internal controls, audits, and financial reviewsPartner with Accounting to provide accurate payroll data, general ledger coding, reconciliations, and year-end reporting (including W-2s)Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely resolution and clear guidanceCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, HRIS partners, and vendors to ensure data accuracy and process alignmentIdentify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements to payroll systems, workflows, and reportingMust HavesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of progressive payroll processing experienceStrong working knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, garnishments, and compliance requirementsExperience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related reportingProficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platformsExceptional attention to detail with a high standard of data accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice to HavesPiece rate payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with Paylocity or similar payroll platformsExperience supporting payroll for temporary or contingent workforcesBilingual language skillsWhat We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential 4 weeks of PTO Health, dental, and vision plans 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match and planning resources Collaborative, team-based culture that fuels innovation Paid time off, holidays, and employee recognition programs celebrating your achievements Community engagement and STEM outreach opportunities to give back locallyUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
