PayMedix is hiring a Manager, Financial Operations to lead the payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay from Milwaukee. You will own the day-to-day operations of payment processing, settlements, reconciliation, and exception handling at scale, partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering and Compliance.
The role reports to the COO and offers a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in Milwaukee) with remote options for qualified candidates outside Wisconsin.
