Key responsibilities Generates and develops new audit concepts, collaborating with clients to gain acceptance and expand initiatives Directs quality control processes by reviewing auditor claims and ensuring adherence to expected standards Mentors and trains audit staff to execute various levels of audit projects, fostering professional development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or analytics Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance related to audit quality and productivity Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience with knowledge of industry standards Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions
