Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST, supervisor to determine schedule Primary Responsibilities: Provide leadership, guidance, support and direction for the front office and non-clinical staff Function as first contact for customer service issues May assist to coordinate work of other team members Resolve complex issues rarely deferring to supervisor/manager Serves as PSR mentor and trainer and provides expertise as SME to PSR staff Lead may need to be willing to travel within their own market for coverage, training, support needs, assisting with training newly acquired clinical locations, etc.

May perform regular PSR duties to include greeting patients; complete check-in and check-out tasks; collecting co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles; answering phones, scheduling appointments, re-direct calls as appropriate, and assist callers with questions or concerns within the PSR scope In addition to regular PSR duties, at least 50% of time must be dedicated to clinic metrics/projects/initiatives as deemed by clinic leadership. Examples include but are not limited to the following: Onboards new PSR's Trains PSR's Safety Champion Clinic Policy/SOP champion, develop awareness/knowledge of SDO process to assist CA in administrative preparations Actively involved in assisting with the role out of any new training Performs all other related duties as assigned Paid Time Off which you start to accrue with your first pay period plus 8 Paid Holidays Medical Plan options along with participation in a Health Spending
