Job title: Senior Partnerships Manager
Comp: ~$100K-150K Base, Total OTE ~$200K-$250K
Location: New York City Hybrid Preferred; open to Remote East Coast
Industry: GRC / Cybersecurity / Compliance Automation / SaaS Partnerships
Our client is a fast-growing global SaaS company transforming how organizations achieve and maintain security, trust, and regulatory compliance.
Its AI-powered platform automates more than 60 compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX ITGC, GDPR, and PCI DSS, combining intelligent automation, continuous monitoring, and AI-driven insights to reduce manual work and keep businesses continuously audit-ready.
The company already serves hundreds of customers globally and is investing heavily in the US as a key growth market.
As part of that expansion, they are hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and scale strategic partner channels across the US, with a particular focus on the AWS ecosystem, cloud software resellers, distributors, and other high-value technology partners.
This is a hands-on commercial partnerships role for someone who understands how to turn strategic relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
What the role looks like:
- Own the development and execution of strategic partnerships across the US
- Build and deepen relationships with AWS sales, partner, and marketplace teams
- Identify and engage relevant cloud resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners
- Create joint go-to-market opportunities that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Position the company’s value proposition and partner program to prospective alliances
- Onboard, enable, and train partners to improve sales effectiveness and shorten sales cycles
- Develop joint campaigns, events, field activity, and account-based initiatives
- Manage the partner-led pipeline and drive opportunities through to revenue
- Identify which partnerships and routes to market have the greatest potential to scale
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership on US growth strategy
- Bring market feedback back into the business to help refine positioning and partnership strategy
- Operate independently while building a repeatable partner motion that can scale
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of software partnerships, alliances, channel, or partner sales experience
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through partners
- Experience working directly with AWS, including relationships with PDMs, PSMs, ISMs, or field sales teams
- Alternatively, strong experience working for or managing cloud software resellers, distributors, or technology partners
- Background in cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, data protection, IT audit, or a closely related technology category
- Strong commercial mindset with clear evidence of quota attainment
- Experience creating partnerships from scratch, not simply managing established relationships
- Ability to identify high-value partners, build senior relationships, and develop joint go-to-market plans
- Strong understanding of partner enablement, co-selling, marketplace motions, and channel-led pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with a high level of autonomy
- Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
- Structured and process-oriented approach to pipeline management
- Ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Willingness to travel as required
Why it’s interesting:
The security and compliance market continues to grow rapidly, and cloud ecosystems are becoming an increasingly important route to market for SaaS businesses.
This role offers the opportunity to build a strategic partnerships function with genuine commercial ownership, rather than inherit a mature channel program.
The business already has global customers, established product-market fit, and recognition within the cloud ecosystem, but there is significant room to expand its US partner footprint and create scalable new revenue channels.
You will have direct influence over which partnerships the company prioritizes, how joint go-to-market motions are structured, and how the US alliance strategy develops over time.
It is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of relationship building, commercial strategy, and revenue generation, and wants to help shape an important growth channel within an established but still entrepreneurial SaaS company.
Package and benefits:
- $200K-$250K OTE
- Comprehensive health insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Flexible paid time off
- 80 hours of sick leave
- 11 company-paid holidays
- Commuter and lunch benefits
- Professional development through courses, conferences, and mentorship
- NYC preferred, with flexibility for strong East Coast candidates to work remotely
- Travel as required for partner meetings, events, and industry activity
