Senior Partner Solutions Architect - ITSM (Fully Remote)

• Work within the Partner Solutions Acceleration team to develop solution acceleration strategies for the service management ecosystem.
• Support partners through deal cycles, providing technical expertise and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product management to identify opportunities and provide market feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery.
• Strong familiarity with Atlassian products, particularly Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL 4 and DevOps.
