Position: Senior Strategic Partner Manager – Payments

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70–$95/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time, strategic and cross-functional leadership role

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partner workstreams across payments ecosystem partners
• Develop and execute partnership strategies, including opportunity identification and prioritization
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and partnership terms
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into execution plans
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
• Build frameworks for partner selection, performance management, and execution
• Manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and escalation
• Use AI tools to enhance analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision-making

Requirements

• Strong experience in payments, partnerships, or related strategic roles
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Strong experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of financial models, pricing, and contract terms
• Strong communication skills across executive and operational audiences
• Strong experience working with global partners and senior stakeholders
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive alignment
• Strong operational rigor with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Strong experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis
