Position Summary
A well-established law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join a team dedicated to representing national and regional homebuilder clients. This role works directly with developers and builders on real estate transactions, requiring strong title, survey, and contract administration experience. The team meets in-office three days per week, with a strong preference for candidates based in Orlando, though candidates in other Southeast office locations will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support real estate transactions for homebuilder and developer clients from a paralegal capacity
- Manage title and survey review processes
- Handle contract administration related to land and real estate deals
- Interact directly with developer and builder clients, understanding their processes and priorities
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and the broader real estate team
- Manage billing and timekeeping in line with law firm standards
Qualifications
- Senior-level paralegal experience (bar admission not required)
- Prior experience with title and survey work
- Direct xhqgsiq experience supporting homebuilder or developer clients (commercial/multi-family developer experience considered with strong industry adaptability)
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred; FPA certification or equivalent also considered
- Prior law firm experience, particularly familiarity with billing/timekeeping practices, strongly preferred
- Tech-savvy, forward-thinking, and comfortable adapting to a fast-paced team environment
