Senior Paralegal - Remote, AI-Driven Legal Ops

Aledade is seeking an experienced Assist Employment and Litigation paralegal to help manage active cases, calendars, discovery, and document organization. You will collect and organize data, research statutes, and summarize findings for counsel, while implementing AI tools to synthesize case-specific information.

This role also supports insurance and financial reporting, collaborates with outside counsel and vendors, and aids in budgeting and billing processes.
