Senior P&C Insurance Pricing Analyst

Managing the end-to-end implementation of personal auto pricing programs, the full-time Senior P&C Insurance Pricing Product Analyst / Project Manager will support pricing program implementations remotely, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate execution while coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Key responsibilities Own the rollout of personal auto pricing programs for assigned states, ensuring compliance and accurate implementation Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct research, and develop recommendations Coordinate project timelines, manage risks, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders Required qualifications 3-5 years of P&C insurance experience, particularly with regulatory exposure and state filings 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 5+ years of project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional workstreams Ability to gather, document, and communicate product requirements effectively High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
