Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant (Contractor)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Work at Home). Job Type: Full Time, Short Term Contractor

Compensation: $92,250 - $171,321 per year (based on location, qualifications, experience, and competencies).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change programs or manage significant parts of larger change programs.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change.
• Create and execute the enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end‑to‑end technology enablement strategy.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams and business partners across the company.
• Develop executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to the change management work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise.
• Experience with technology platform implementations (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience delivering change management programs for technology implementations.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management.
• Change Management certification (Prosci preferred).
• Highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional.
• Handles ambiguity in stride and can be flexible in approach.
• Amazing communicator with presence and impact, able to simplify messaging and incorporate storytelling.
• Proven track record of managing change initiatives or significant portion of an initiative, part of a team or independently.
• Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and innovative, cutting‑edge best practices.
