This role requires hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience and technical fluency to translate complex business requirements into system configurations, design future-state processes, and ensure successful adoption across business units. This role partners with IT implementation teams and business leaders to maximize the value of Oracle investments through rigorous requirements analysis, multi-module integration, stakeholder management, and change leadership.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOracle ERP Requirements & ConfigurationDocument and validate business requirements across all Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, etc.)Translate business process needs into Oracle system configuration specificationsConduct gap-fit analysis during implementations to determine configuration vs. customization trade-offsDesign future-state processes that align with Oracle standard functionality while addressing business-critical needsManage cross-module integration requirements and data flowImplementation & Process DesignLead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and IT implementation partnersCreate process models and data flow documentation for system buildsProvide hands-on guidance during system configuration, testing, and deployment phasesIdentify and escalate configuration risks or process design conflicts earlyStakeholder Collaboration & Change ManagementFacilitate alignment between business operations and Oracle implementation timelinesPresent process recommendations and implementation impacts to leadershipLead post-go-live process refinement and user enablementSupport adoption initiatives to ensure smooth operational transitionsContinuous ImprovementMonitor post-implementation process performance and recommend optimizationsIdentify opportunities to leverage Oracle functionality more effectivelyDocument lessons learned and contribute to implementation best practicesManagerial ResponsibilityThis position does not have direct reports.Travel/Shift RequirementsMinimal travel expectedOccasional work after normal business hours on an as needed basisPhysical DemandsThe position requires sitting, standing and possibly some light lifting, less than 20 pounds.Skills and Abilities 5+ years as a business analyst in enterprise environmentsMinimum 3 years Oracle ERP implementation experience across multiple modules (non-negotiable)Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules including GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, or comparable coverageProficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent)Proven ability translating business requirements into technical specificationsStrong facilitation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder consensus-buildingEnterprise change management experience with large-scale system implementationsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailKnowledge of database design principles and data flow analysisExperience with Oracle Cloud implementations preferredExposure to business intelligence/analytics tools preferredEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA preferredTelamon Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
