Senior Oracle EBS Functional SME

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Functional SME with 10+ years of Oracle EBS Functional experience, including 3 5 years of R12.2.x experience, specifically R12.2.12. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, testing, production support, upgrades, and cross-module integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, CRPs, BRDs, and MD50 documentation.
Configure and support Oracle EBS across AP, AR, GL, PO, iProcurement, FA, CE, PA, and SLA.
Support P2P, O2C, B2R, FA GL, PA GL, and SLA business flows.
Collaborate with technical teams on RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Lead UAT, test scripts, defect triage, patching, upgrades, releases, and production cutovers.
Troubleshoot complex functional issues involving workflows, approval hierarchies, AME, accounting events, subledgers, and integrations.
Support master data, reconciliation, audit, compliance, and SOD requirements.
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
Familiarity with OIC-based integrations is required.
Must-Have
8+ years Oracle EBS Functional experience
3 5 years R12.2.x / R12.2.12
Strong multi-module EBS expertise: AP, AR, GL, PO, iProcurement, FA, CE, PA, SLA
Experience with BRD, MD50, UAT, RICEW, patching, upgrades, and production support
Strong understanding of accounting, procurement, integrations, compliance, and SOD
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred

OCI-hosted EBS and ERP modernization/transformation experience.
