Senior Optical Systems Engineer – Performance Modeling

Neurophos is seeking a Systems Engineer to own and evolve the quantitative performance model for the OVMM engine, driving end-to-end link budgets and trade studies. You will run large-scale simulations and translate results into actionable design constraints, working with photonics, analog, digital, and software teams.

You will lead the development of a reference TX–channel–RX model, allocate performance targets, and quantify the impact of impairments on throughput, latency, and margin.
