Serves as active team member when necessary, working with projects and training new people. Able to step into all roles within Production department based on production needs.Key Accountabilities And DeliverablesVerify all the operators set up the machine prior to the beginning and end of each shift.Run the first perfect pieces, first evaluations for enrober machine for Caramel, WF and MC, moisture checks for pretzels (use moister meter).Inform QA technicians when every machine and the line is ready for the first evaluation.Perform the change overs, coach new employees, develop and implement new process in the production area.Verifying that all personnel are fully trained and assigned to the corresponding areas and a support like specialist job duties as required.Senior Operators will be expected to run all lines including Packaging, Wet and KitchenSenior Operators are expected to be support to all Processing OperatorsExpected to have flexibility in schedule for purpose of shutdowns and restartsSenior Operators will ensure all areas of production run smoothly in case of an absent SupervisorEnsure all equipment is clean at the end of each shift, along with all surrounding areasDemonstrates the ability to advocate for Safety in the workplaceAble to read and understand production schedule, reports, and materials requirementsAble to step into all roles within Production department based on production needsAssure that all the procedures are followed for clean area in the company.
