Senior Operations Technician

Supporting commercial lines operational and underwriting processes, the full-time Senior Operations Technician will handle a variety of policy transactions, ensuring compliance and proper documentation while working onsite in Stevens Point, WI. Key responsibilities Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding policy details and processing requirements Document and maintain customer policy information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards Process and release policy documentation, including certificates of insurance, and provide general administrative support Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate Degree preferred Experience in commercial lines insurance operations preferred Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet service standards and deadlines Experience working in a team environment
