Senior Operations Technician

Supporting commercial lines operations, the full-time Senior Operations Technician will manage policy transactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with documentation standards, working onsite in Stevens Point, WI; Davenport, IA; or Edwardsville, IL. Key responsibilities Respond to internal and external information requests, providing clear explanations of plan details and processing requirements Document and maintain customer policy information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards Process and release policy documentation, including certificates of insurance, and support new and renewal transactions Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate Degree preferred Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred Organizational skills with the ability to meet service standards and deadlines Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
