You will oversee frontline teams to deliver on safety, quality, service, and productivity goals while fostering Kellanova’s inclusive, performance-driven culture.
Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
