Senior Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of disposal to ensure continued and expansion initiatives are executed according to budget while meeting customer requirements, EHS requirements, and internal processes for successful disposal operations.

Essential Job Functions
- Meet with company representative to review job timing, requirements, equipment placement, and safety standards.
- Prepare pre‑job write‑ups, driving directions, diagrams, and equipment lists.
- On site during all operations to manage changes or equipment issues.
- Ensure operations meet all standards and practices, including PPE, permits, and safety protocols.
- Conduct random audits and report findings.
- Update compliance issues with Safety and Training coordinator.
- Train employees on equipment operations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers on overall operations and customer support.
- Implement After Action Reviews for in‑house and customer reviews.
- Assist in customer contact and informational operations questions.
- Participate in hiring decisions.
- Ensure fair and consistent discipline with Assistant Managers and Leads.
- Report on operational status and future equipment needs monthly.

Requirements
- 2‑5 years of management experience.
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Energy service company management experience is helpful.
- Ability to motivate individuals from different organizations toward a common goal.
- Creative and outside‑the‑box thinking.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Team‑player with excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Can manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Works independently.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle per Select’s insurance guidelines.
