We are seeking a proven manufacturing leader to oversee operations for an established Manufacturing company with their flagship production plant in the Ogden area. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to lead a large, growing team through cultural transformation, process improvements, and capital investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all plant production and maintenance operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects.
  • Manage and develop ~10 direct reports (supervisors/managers) overseeing 300+ production employees.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, trust, and accountability—leading without intimidation.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and maintain a robust safety culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and strategic capital projects tied to plant expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience managing large manufacturing teams.
  • Background in discrete manufacturing, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in Lean/Continuous Improvement with measurable results.
  • Experience successfully leading cultural change and building high-performance teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or higher).
