Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing a large department or multiple departments within a food & beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong people leadership and engagement skills, with experience coaching and developing managers and supervisors on the plant floor
- Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost in a manufacturing operation
- Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement programs within a food manufacturing environment
