Make an impact! As a Technical Services Operations Manager, you'll lead a motivated team of chemists and drivers while managing full P&L responsibility for a service center. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting both your team and customers.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations for the service center with full P&L ownershipOversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignmentsManage and develop Field Chemists and Drivers, providing training and supportEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulationsCoordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management for the facilityCollaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational needsCommunicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadershipOther duties as assignedDo you have what it takes?
