Great opportunity to run all of operations for a large complex food manufacturing Plant. This role is a bench strength role for future Plant Director roles within the company. The team is over 300 people reporting into this role.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership over a large department or multiple departments in a large food manufacturing company
- Strong people engagement skills coaching up managers and supervisors on the floor
- Track record of delivering results in safety, quality productivity and cost
- Experience implementing Lean, TPM or Similar CI programs
