Overseeing day-to-day management of revenue cycle engagements, the full-time Senior Operations Lead will partner with client leaders to enhance performance, support operational improvements, and drive client outcomes in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Drive revenue cycle performance by identifying best practices and applying analytics to improve workflows and financial outcomes Lead implementation efforts across people, processes, technology, and analytics to support standardized client operating models Manage client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders on key revenue cycle management initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree Minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue cycle management Proven experience in influencing change across revenue cycle operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience supporting KLAS and NPS improvement efforts
