Providing advanced financial leadership, the full-time Senior Operations Finance Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management for complex client projects while serving as a key finance partner across Operations, Accounting, and senior leadership in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead financial management for high-value client projects, including project setup, monthly close, forecasting, and billing support Serve as the primary finance partner for internal stakeholders, providing advanced financial and strategic analysis to support operational effectiveness Prepare and present financial insights and executive-level reporting for senior management, identifying financial risks and recommending actions to improve margins Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred 5+ years of experience in finance, operations finance, or project-based financial analysis Experience with complex project costing, forecasting, and budgeting within an ERP environment Demonstrated ability to support operational leaders and interact with senior management High proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
