Supporting financial reporting and performance analysis, the full-time Senior Operations Finance Analyst will manage month-end reporting packages, develop analytical tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility into cost drivers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own recurring month-end Operations and COGS reporting packages, including preparation, validation, and distribution Maintain tools for tracking productivity initiatives and reconcile results against forecasts and actual performance Support financial planning processes by providing in-depth analysis and collaborating across functions to integrate operational projects into financial models Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills in financial modeling Familiarity with Netsuite, BI, CRM, and financial planning applications is a plus Experience with manufacturing or consumer products is a plus
