Reqs 10 yrs apply chem engg princ in proc plnts incl 5 yrs: Dir Red plnt safe strt-up & shut dwns; cold & hot dischrg plnt op; use undrstndng of & adjstng proc setpoints to meet qual & prod param; use undrstndng of unit proc in Dir Red plnt & impact on proc; writng commissng man; accurately interpr logic diag; accurately interpr proc & instr diagrms.
