Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a Senior Operation Associate to join their team. This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to investment professionals, finance leadership, fund accounting, legal, tax, and investor relations teams.
150k to 175k with bonus, around 200k total comp
Responsibilities:
- Support the operational management of private credit investments throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate investment funding, settlements, cash movements, and related transactions.
- Monitor liquidity, cash forecasting, capital activity, and financing facilities.
- Prepare portfolio, exposure, and management reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with investment, finance, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams to support fund operations.
- Oversee data integrity, reconciliations, and operational controls across the platform.
- Assist with quarterly reporting, valuations, fundraising support, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience within a private credit, direct lending, or alternative asset management environment.
- Strong understanding of direct lending, first-lien and second-lien loan structures.
- Hands-on cash management, liquidity forecasting, and fund operations experience.
