This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed Lean thinking, develop organizational capability, and deliver sustainable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and govern a portfolio of high-impact operational excellence initiatives aligned to business strategyDeploy Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies across operations and support functionsPartner with site, functional, and senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunitiesFacilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analyses, and problem-solving workshopsTrack, validate, and communicate operational and financial benefits of improvement initiativesMentor and coach Green Belts, Black Belts, and operational leaders to build CI capabilitySupport standard work, tiered management systems, and KPI governanceAct as a change agent, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityQualifications & Experience6+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or operations leadershipStrong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologiesProven success delivering sustained, measurable improvementsExperience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions or sitesBachelor's degree or advanced degree preferredLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred
