You will drive ECIS/ELSS maturity, value-stream roadmaps, and a culture of daily problem solving with site leaders.
Partnering with the Ops Director and Plant Managers, you will embed CI governance, develop a strong talent pipeline, coach leaders, and ensure rigorous deployment and sustainment of improvements.
