To support a growing National Total Experience Practice, the full-time Senior OCM Consultant will develop and execute change management strategies, provide thought leadership, and assess change readiness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support technological changes Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and resistance to change Design and deliver communication materials and training programs to ensure user adoption of new technologies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in change management with a bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with large-scale technology migration projects Familiarity with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM frameworks Proficiency in Agile, KANBAN, and SCRUM project management methodologies Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus
