Senior Nuclear Design & Analysis Engineer

Radiant, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Staff Nuclear Engineer to lead nuclear design and analysis for Kaleidos. You’ll own multidisciplinary workstreams, develop high‑fidelity transport models, and drive design decisions through validation, testing, and regulatory documentation.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and collaborate with reactor systems, thermal, mechanical, electrical, and safety teams to resolve complex design challenges. This role is onsite with strong autonomy.
