Senior NLP Scientist — Production‑Ready AI & LLMs

Sourceability is seeking a Principal NLP Scientist to lead design, research, and deployment of NLP and LLM capabilities across production systems. You will shape architectures for NER, text classification, generation, and semantic search, partnering with engineers, PMs, and data teams.

You will translate research into reliable, measurable, and scalable solutions, define experiments and success metrics, and drive production readiness and impact across the organization.
