Senior Network Security ConsultantBoston(South of)ConsultingAccompanying sales team in customer meetings in a consultative pre-sales roleGathering requirements and advising customers on product and services solutionsConducting demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations to varying levels within a customer organizationDelivering complex services from pre-sales information gathering and documentation to post-sales assessment, project plan development/management, architectural design and documentation, implementation, and knowledge transfer activitiesProviding high-quality documentation of work performed for customersCoordinating/participating in technical training and product updates with business partnersTraining/coaching other consultants within the practiceBuilding and managing lab environment for customer demos, PoCs, and project staging/testingRequired Experience:BS degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5-7 years enterprise level experience designing, configuring, and managing security infrastructure devices such as firewalls, SSL VPNs, secure web gateways, IPSs, application firewalls, etc.Check Point experience a plusExperience with security technologies such as Security and Information Event Management (SIEM), Data Loss Prevention, Authentication, and/or Identity and Access Management is highly desirable but not requiredFundamental understanding of network concepts and protocols such as RIP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VRRP, WCCP, Load Balancing, and WAN Acceleration.
